Beginning
The foundation was laid in 1995 with a humble beginning as Balmoral
Dentalcare in Balmoral Plaza. The clinic operations were then commenced
within an 80 Sq Ft room. Its immediate success led to the expansion
and change of name to Goh & Goh Dental Surgeons at Shaw Towers.
For easier remembrance, recognition and management, the name GPA
Dental Services (Goh & Partner Associates) was created to represent
the entire operations of the 3 clinics, which had at that time 3
branches, namely

The motto, Scientia Cum Arte translated as “Synergy of Technology
& Craftsmanship” best portray the
essence and belief of then GPA Dental Services. It is here that
dental surgeons marry the functionality of dental technology with
the artistry of craftsmanship to bring about the best dental services
to benefit patients. Only GPA patients get it.
Its Journey
The turning point of GPA Dental Services, better known as TEAM
GPA was the acquisition of Goldhill Dentalcare at United
Square in 2000. At the same juncture, an offshoot department called
‘Kids’ Teeth’ was created to better serve in the
area of children’s dentistry.
The GPA family expanded with additional 2 clinics, GPA Studio For
Dentistry and GPA Centre For Dentistry, which now serves as the
headquarters, in 2002 and 2003 respectively. As the business environment
changed, so did GPA. GPA Studio For Dentistry’s operations
were consolidated at headquarters in 2005 to better serve the changing
demands and expectations of patients.
In 2009, Team GPA continued to expand by opening another two new
branches at River Valley and Holland Village.
GPA Dental Services (TEAM GPA) has been pioneers
in many dental technologies in Singapore. It was pioneer in the
Ankylos Implant System of Germany, NTI-TSS migraine treatment System
of USA, BriteSmile Teeth Whitening System of USA, and the CEREC
3D CAD-CAM ceramic one visit crowns and restorations System of Germany.
In 2006, Team GPA acquired the Waterlase MD2, the first in Singapore
to offer virtually painless dental treatments with the use of laser.
Most recently, Team GPA became the first dental practise in the
world to acquire two units of the CEREC AC acquisition unit. A congratulatory
note from the Singapore Economic Development Board mentioned that
Team GPA is testament of Singapore’s “high-quality dental
practice and will enhance Singapore’s position as Asia’s
leading medical hub”.
With its relentless quests for excellence in the industry, TEAM
